This policy explains what information Hugents ("Hugents," "we," "us") collects on hugentsai.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and to the "book a free audit" form on this Site.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the free audit form, we collect your name, email address, and the business details you provide (business type, monthly ad spend range, and what's frustrating you about your current ads). If you book a time on the following screen, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the information needed to confirm that meeting.

Information collected automatically. When you arrive from a Google ad, we read click identifiers already present in the page's web address (such as a Google Click ID / GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID) and campaign details Google attaches to that link. We store these in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days so that, if you later submit the form, we can tell which ad and campaign brought you here. Google also sets its own cookies on this Site as part of its advertising tag (for example _gcl_au, _gcl_aw); those are controlled by Google, not by us — see Google's own policy below.

2. How we use this information

To contact you about the free audit you requested and, if you hire us, to deliver our services.
To measure which ads and campaigns actually produce qualified leads and signed contracts, and to report that back to Google Ads as a conversion — this is how we and our clients know which keywords are worth the spend.
To keep an internal record of leads and clients in our CRM.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the above.

3. Who we share it with

We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

4. Cookies

This Site uses a first-party cookie (hg_click) to remember which ad brought you here, for up to 90 days, and Google's own advertising cookies described above. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; doing so may mean we can't credit the right ad campaign if you submit the form.

5. Data retention

The attribution cookie expires after 90 days. Form submissions and related CRM records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to manage our relationship with you, or as required by law.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing admi@hugentsai.com. Depending on where you live (for example, under California or Canadian privacy law), you may have additional rights over your information; we'll honor requests to the extent required by applicable law.

7. Children

This Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
